All orders for Service Updates and Reinstatements must include the customer's original WhatsUp Gold Premium serial number.

WhatsUp Gold Premium Service Agreement Updates enable customers with Service Agreements expired for less than 12 months to access major new software releases.

WhatsUp Gold Premium Service Agreement Updates enable customers with Service Agreements expired for greater than 12 months to access major new software releases.
