The BTI 701 provides Ethernet service demarcation for Layer 1 and Layer 2 Ethernet service delivery networks and supports an array of service and link Operations, Administration and Maintenance (OAM) features.
The BTI 701 offers 1 combo port service interface which supports 10/100/1000BaseT clients leveraging the RJ-45 port; 1000BaseX clients are alternately supported when the SFP port is provisioned.
The BTI 701 provides one SFP-based network interface port for 1000BaseX service interconnect leveraging 850nm, 1310nm, 1550nm, CWDM, and DWDM optics for direct on fiber or WDM-based networking.
AC and DC power options are available to address facility input power at deployed locations.
